The North American Customer Centricity Awards, presented by ARCET Global, recognize America's most Customer Centric companies. Reliant won for its closed loop and See, Hear and Speak programs, which focus on resolving customer issues.
Whenever I call or need some service, the Reliant representatives are exceptional, obviously including those who speak Spanish.
The 24-hour service by email communication is excellent, and the app on my personal phone works at 100%. Reliant is also reasonable in price, and the service is satisfying.
